1. Who we are
This website is run by Syndicate Holdings Group LLC (“we”), which operates Syndicate Marketing, based in Spartanburg, SC. Questions about privacy: hello@stusyn.com.
2. What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email, and anything you choose to share, like your business name, phone number and project details.
- When you buy: your name, email, business name, phone number if given, your answers to the project questions, and what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe, which collects your card and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the payment, not your card number.
- Referral program: if you join, your name, email, business name if given, how you want to be paid and, for cash payouts, where to send it and a W-9 (which includes a taxpayer ID, kept only for tax reporting). Creator partners also give us their code and where they post (for example a channel name), which we use to run the partnership and check that mentions of us are labelled as ads. If you arrive through someone’s referral link, or type a creator’s code at checkout, the code in the link is saved in your browser for up to 60 days and sent with your order, message or booking, so we know who referred you. The person who referred you sees your business name (or your name), whether you became a client, and what they earned from your payments. They don’t see what you bought, your contact details or anything you send us.
- Free website checkup: the website address you enter and what our check found on its public pages. The report has its own link and doesn’t include who ran it. If you ask for it by email, we also keep your name, email and business name if given, and may follow up once. Reports nobody asked to have emailed are deleted after six months. Google runs the phone speed test and receives the website address (not your details).
- When you browse: anonymous visit statistics from our own analytics, Site Stats. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t store IP addresses, and counts visitors with a code that changes every day, so it can’t follow you over time or across other websites.
3. How we use it
To reply to you, deliver what you bought, set up your client portal, send receipts and project updates, keep business and tax records, and understand which pages and campaigns work. We don’t sell your personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.
4. Your browser
Your cart and checkout answers, and the code from a referral link if you used one, are saved in your own browser (local storage and session storage) so they’re there when you come back. They’re not sent anywhere until you check out, and you can clear them by emptying your cart or your browser data. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
6. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records, and referral earnings and payouts, are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting, typically seven years. Messages from people who don’t become customers are deleted on request. Anonymous visit statistics are kept for about two years.
7. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@stusyn.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records the law requires, such as invoices and the record of what you agreed to at checkout.
We don’t track you across other websites, so we don’t respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your information, which we don’t do anyway.
8. Children
This website is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
