1. Who you’re buying from
Syndicate Marketing is a brand of Syndicate Holdings Group LLC, a South Carolina company based in Spartanburg, SC (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@stusyn.com. “You” means the person or business placing the order.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown on our website before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Sales tax is added where required.
One-time packages and services are paid in full when you order. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or refund an order we can’t take on, for example if the project is outside what the package covers; if so, we’ll tell you within two business days and refund you in full.
3. Monthly plans
Ads management, care plans and community management are billed monthly, starting on the day you order, and renew automatically each month on the same date until cancelled.
- Cancel online any time in your client portal under Plans & billing (sign in with your email, no password needed). You can also email us or reply to any receipt, and we’ll cancel it the same business day.
- When it ends: ads management ends on the first billing date that’s at least 30 days after you cancel, so you’re billed for any renewal inside those 30 days. Care plans and other monthly plans end when the month you’ve already paid for runs out. Either way, the exact end date is shown before you confirm, and we email you a confirmation.
- Ad spend is not included. You pay Google, Meta, TikTok or any other platform directly, from ad accounts in your name.
- If a monthly payment fails, Stripe will retry it. We may pause work until the account is up to date.
- We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change to your plan.
Special offers and free months. From time to time we run an offer with a set price or free months on a monthly plan. Each offer’s page lists exactly what it includes, how many orders it’s limited to and when it ends; checkout applies those limits, and offers can’t be combined with promo codes. When an offer includes free months, the monthly price, the date of the first charge and how to cancel are shown before you pay and in your order email. Billing starts automatically on that date and renews each month until you cancel. We email you at least 7 days before the first charge. If you cancel before it, you won’t be charged for the plan. One-off parts of the order, like a website at its offer price, are charged when you order and follow the refund terms below.
4. What’s included
Each package includes what’s listed on its product description at the time you order. Anything else, such as extra pages, extra rounds of changes or new features, is quoted separately before we do it.
Care plans. Edit time is per calendar month and doesn’t roll over. For a website we didn’t build, we look after it as we find it: fixing problems that were there before you joined, or larger repairs, can use your edit time or be quoted separately first. On Shopify, Squarespace, Wix and Webflow, the platform handles software updates and server backups; we export your content monthly instead. Hosting and your domain stay in your name, and outages caused by your hosting company are theirs to resolve, though we’ll chase them for you.
Community management and Discord setup. You stay the owner of your server; we work through a staff role on our own account and remove our access when the work or plan ends. We moderate to your server rules and to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and we may decline to run or keep moderating a server that breaks them. Moderation is done in check-ins (every weekday, or every day on Community management Plus) with automated tools between check-ins; it isn’t live around the clock. We never buy members or create fake accounts or activity, and we don’t guarantee member numbers or engagement. You provide any giveaway prizes and are responsible for giveaways following the rules and laws that apply to them.
Timelines are estimates that start once we have the content and access we need from you (logo, photos, text, accounts). Domain names, web hosting, third-party software, stock photos you request and ad spend are not included unless listed. With the domain, hosting & email setup add-on, we set these up with Namecheap in an account in your name: you pay Namecheap directly for the domain, hosting and email under Namecheap’s own terms, and the account and logins are yours. We don’t mark up or resell them, and we’re not responsible for Namecheap’s service.
5. Your part
You agree to provide the content, feedback and account access we ask for within a reasonable time, and confirm you have the right to use any material you send us. If we don’t hear from you for 60 days during a project, we may close it; the work done so far is still yours to use, and the order is not refundable at that point.
6. Who owns the work
Once your order is paid in full and the work is delivered, the website design, written content and logo files we create for you are yours. We may keep copies for our records and, unless you ask us not to, show the work in our portfolio. Third-party software, fonts and platforms stay subject to their own licenses. Ad accounts, domains and data are kept in your name.
7. Refunds
- Before your kickoff: cancel and get a full refund. Your kickoff is your kickoff call, or, if you skip the call, when you send your kickoff form.
- After work has started: refunds are at our discretion and based on the work not yet done.
- Monthly plans: payments for months that have started are not refunded. See cancellation above.
- Audits and strategy sessions: refundable in full until the work is delivered or the call takes place.
To ask for a refund, email hello@stusyn.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
8. Results
We work hard to get you results, but we can’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales, because they depend on things outside our control, like your market, budget and the ad platforms’ rules. Ad platforms may approve, reject or limit ads under their own policies.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. If there’s a disagreement, we’ll first try to resolve it informally by email.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
