Go-live alerts, sub and member roles, clips channels and community nights, moderated while you’re offline so you can focus on creating.
Team and match channels, check-ins, scrim scheduling, results and announcements, with fans and players kept in the right places.
For LAN centers, game shops and brands: event sign-ups, tournament nights, drops and support tickets in one friendly place.
Monthly, at a fixed price. We check in, moderate, post and run events, and you get a report every month. Cancel online any time; the plan ends when the month you’ve paid for runs out.
We run your Discord day to day: moderation, announcements, a monthly event and a report, so your community stays active and safe.
Everything in Community management, with daily coverage, two events a month, a volunteer mod team and a monthly strategy call.
A Discord server built properly from day one: channels, roles, onboarding, moderation and bots, set up around your game, stream or team.
A clear review of your existing Discord server, with what to fix first and how to get members talking.
You see all of it in your client portal and in the monthly report.
Most messy servers grew one channel at a time. We plan it with you first, then build it properly: safe permissions, a clear first hour for new members, and the bots you need, set up and tested.
Pair your community with a site players and press can find: trailer, screenshots, a wishlist button, your Discord invite, and a press kit page so creators and journalists have everything they need.
Up to five pages for a local business or service company that needs to look established and get found.
Up to ten pages with a blog and easy editing, for businesses that run campaigns and publish often.
A press kit page on your website for press and creators: fact sheet, description, screenshots, trailer, logos and contact.
Add-on for a website packageNo. We can build one from scratch with Discord server setup and hand ownership to you, or take over an existing server. If yours has grown messy, a Community audit is a good first step.
You add our account and give it a staff role with the permissions we need, usually managing channels, roles and messages. We don’t need to be the owner, and you can remove us any time. Turning on two-factor authentication for staff is part of our setup.
No, and we won’t pretend to be. Community management includes moderation check-ins every weekday; Plus adds weekends. Between check-ins, AutoMod and moderation bots catch spam, scam links and raids. With Plus we also recruit and train volunteer moderators from your community for extra coverage.
Reports are handled within one business day on Community management, and daily on Plus. For anything urgent, like a raid or a leaked account, our setup includes an emergency lockdown and a way to reach us. We follow Discord’s rules for reporting serious issues to Discord’s Trust & Safety team.
We make the server worth joining and staying in: clear onboarding, regular events and a friendly, safe space. How many people join depends on your game, stream or brand. We never buy members or use fake accounts.
Yes. At kickoff we agree tone, words to use and avoid, and what needs your approval first. Big announcements always go past you before they’re posted.
Whatever suits your community: game nights, tournaments, Q&As with your devs or you, watch parties, art contests and giveaways. Giveaways follow Discord’s rules and the laws that apply to prizes, and you provide any prizes.
Members joined and left, how active the server was, events and how they went, issues handled, what members are asking for, and what we’ll try next month. It’s posted in your client portal.
Our plans are built around Discord. If you also need help with Reddit, a forum or social posting, tell us and we’ll quote it.
Online in your client portal under Plans & billing, in two clicks. The plan ends when the month you’ve paid for runs out, and we remove our access to your server.
Start with a plan, or a free 20-minute call to talk through your server.
