Monthly plans keep earning for their first 12 months, so a client on a plan is worth the most. Ad spend goes straight from the client to Google, Meta or TikTok and never passes through us, so it doesn’t count. Neither does sales tax.

What counts as a referral
A business that becomes a new client after opening your link (within 60 days, in the same browser) or after naming you when they contact us. If both a link and a name point to different people, the first link they used counts. Someone who has already paid us, or who is already talking to us about a project, isn’t a new referral. You can’t refer yourself, your own business or someone who shares your business email domain.
What you earn
5% of what the client pays us in the 12 months from their first payment: website packages, add-ons, audits, care plans, ads management and community management fees. Ad spend (paid by the client to the ad platforms), sales tax and anything refunded don’t count. If a payment is refunded after you were paid for it, the difference comes off your next payout.
When and how you’re paid
Each earning is held 30 days, then it’s ready. We pay what’s ready once a month, as account credit or cash, whichever you chose. Credit has no minimum; cash starts at $25. Before your first cash payout we need a W-9 from you, and cash payouts may be reported to the IRS on a Form 1099 as the law requires. You’re responsible for any taxes on what you earn. Credit can’t be turned into cash later, and it doesn’t expire while you’re a client.
How to share it
Be honest. Only say things about us that are true, use the prices on our website, and don’t promise results we don’t promise. When you post your link where others can see it (social media, a blog, a video), say clearly that you earn a commission, for example “I get a referral bonus if you sign up through my link.” That’s the law (FTC rules on endorsements), and it’s fair.
What’s not allowed
No spam: don’t send bulk or cold email, texts or direct messages with your link, and don’t buy lists. Don’t run paid search ads on our name. Don’t pretend to work for us or make deals on our behalf; you’re not our employee or agent. Don’t post fake reviews. Referrals that break these rules don’t earn anything, and we can close the account.
Changes and ending
We may change or end the program, or close an account that breaks the rules, by emailing you. Changes don’t affect what you’ve already earned under the old terms, and earnings from clients you referred before an ending are still paid out on schedule. Privacy
Your referrals page shows each business you referred, whether they became a client, and what you earned. It doesn’t show what they bought or their contact details. See our privacy policy.
