We don’t send scripts. Say it how you’d say it, as long as it’s accurate. A few facts people find useful:

Label every mention as an ad.
US law (the FTC’s rules on endorsements) says your audience has to know you’re paid when you recommend us. So every post, video or stream that mentions us needs both of these:
- The platform’s label. TikTok “Content disclosure → Branded content”, Instagram “Paid partnership”, YouTube “Includes paid promotion”, Twitch: say it on stream and in the title or panel.
- Your own words, early and clear. For example: “#ad — I earn a commission if you use my code.” Not hidden in a pile of hashtags or only in a link.
And only say what’s true: use the prices on our website, and don’t promise rankings, sales, followers or results. We don’t promise those either.

We’ll email your code, your link and a sign-in link to your partner page, where you can see who signed up through you, what you’ve earned and what’s on its way.

Creator terms

What your code does
Your audience types your code at checkout on syndicatemarketing.co, or opens your link, which applies it for them. It takes 10% off the one-time items in a first order (website packages, add-ons, audits, Discord setup). Monthly plans are full price. It only works for someone new to us, not for anyone who has already paid us or is already talking to us about a project, and it doesn’t combine with special offers or other promo codes. You can’t use your own code.
What you earn
10% of what the client pays us in the 12 months from their first payment, after the code’s discount: website packages, add-ons, audits, care plans, ads management and community management fees. Ad spend, sales tax and anything refunded don’t count. A client counts for you if they used your code, or opened your link within 60 days before getting in touch (by ordering, booking a call or sending a message). If someone opened another partner’s link first, the code they type at checkout is the one that counts.
Disclosure
Every post, video, stream, story or bio that mentions us must say clearly that you’re paid: the platform’s paid-partnership or branded-content label where it has one, and your own words, such as “#ad — I earn a commission if you use my code,” placed where people will see it before they click. Mentions without a clear disclosure don’t earn anything, and we may ask you to fix or remove them.
What you can and can’t say
Say it your way, as long as it’s true and current. Use the prices on our website. Don’t promise rankings, sales, followers, ad results or timelines we don’t promise. Don’t say you’ve used us unless you have, and don’t describe a client’s results unless they’ve shared them publicly. Don’t make content aimed at children about us. Don’t pretend to work for us or make deals on our behalf; you’re an independent partner, not our employee or agent.
What’s not allowed
No spam: no bulk or cold email, texts or direct messages with your code, and no buying lists. No paid search ads on our name, and no coupon or deal sites listing your code. No fake reviews or fake accounts. Breaking these rules means those referrals don’t earn and we can close the partnership.
When and how you’re paid
Each earning is held 30 days, then it’s ready. We pay what’s ready once a month, as cash (from $25, with a W-9 on file; cash payouts may be reported to the IRS on a Form 1099) or as account credit, whichever you chose. You’re responsible for taxes on what you earn. Switch between cash and credit any time from your partner page.
Changes and ending
We may change the rate, the discount or the program, or end a partnership, by emailing you. Changes don’t affect what you’ve already earned, and clients you brought in before a change keep earning on the old terms for their first 12 months. You can leave any time by emailing hello@stusyn.com.
