Home/Websites/Home service businesses

Websites for HVAC, plumbing and roofing companies that make the phone ring.

When someone’s AC quits in July or a pipe bursts at 9 p.m., they grab their phone, search, and call the first company that looks trustworthy and easy to reach. Your website has one job: be that company. We build sites for heating and air, plumbing, electrical, roofing and other home service businesses around that one action, at fixed prices you can see before you talk to anyone.

What it needs

What a home service website has to get right.

None of this is fancy. It’s the stuff that decides whether a stressed homeowner calls you or the next result.

A call button that never movesOn a phone, your number stays at the bottom of the screen on every page, one tap away. People looking for a repair are often on their phone, standing next to the problem.
A page for each area you serveA real section for each town or county you cover, with what you do there. It helps Google match you to “near me” searches and tells people straight away that you come to them.
Services spelled outRepair, replacement, maintenance plans, emergency calls: each with a plain description, so people searching for that exact thing find it and know you do it.
Proof you’re legitYour license and insurance, how long you’ve been in business, your team, and your real Google reviews linked from the site. We never write or invent reviews.
A quote form for the non-emergenciesNot everyone wants to call. A short form for estimates, with room for a photo of the problem, lands straight in your inbox.
Calls and forms countedSite Stats shows how many people tapped to call or sent a form, and where they came from, so you know whether the site and any ads are paying for themselves.
Packages

What most home service companies pick.

The Starter website covers a typical one-truck to small-crew business: home, services, service area, about and contact. If you run several service lines or want a blog and a landing page for ads, the Business website gives you room to grow. Prices are fixed and paid upfront; you pay your domain and hosting directly, in your own name.

Fictional concept

See it on a made-up HVAC company.

Ridgeline Heating & Air isn’t a real business. It’s a concept we built to show what a Starter website for a heating and air company looks like: five pages built around calling, with Google ads that run hardest when it’s hottest.

  • Home, Services, Financing, Service area and Contact
  • Click-to-call that sticks to the bottom of every phone screen
  • A service-area page with a section for each town
  • Calls and quote requests tracked in Site Stats

Worth adding

Extras home service businesses use.

Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing people see, before your website. Ads put you at the top when someone searches right now. Both are optional.

Google Business Profile setup$100

Your profile on Google Maps and Search set up or cleaned up, with photos, hours and services.

Ads management — one platform$300/mo

We run your Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) or TikTok ads every month. Pick the platform at checkout.

Domain, hosting & email setup$100

You pay Namecheap for the domain, hosting and email, at their price with no markup. You pay us once to set it all up right in an account in your name, including email that lands in inboxes, not spam. Free with the Business website and Online store.

Add-on for a website package

Ad spend is paid by you straight to Google or Meta, never through us. How our ads plans work.

Questions

Good to know.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Maybe not. Run it through the free website checkup first. If it works on phones and the problems are small, the care plan ($49/mo) can fix them and keep it running. If it isn’t set up for phones or makes people hunt for your number, a rebuild usually pays for itself faster.

Can you write the words for me?

Yes. Tell us what you do, where you work and what makes you different, and we write it in plain language. Every package includes polishing what you give us; full copywriting for a page is an add-on at $50 per page.

How long until it’s live?

About three weeks for the Starter website and four to five for the Business website, once we have your details. You see and approve drafts along the way, and nothing goes live until you say so.

Will it get me to the top of Google?

Nobody can honestly promise that. What we do is build the page the way Google expects (fast, clear, a page for each service and area, your business details marked up) and connect it to your Google Business Profile. Ranking also depends on your reviews, how long you’ve been around and your competition. If you need calls this week, ads are the faster route.

Do I own it?

Yes. Once it’s paid for, the site, the words and the images we made are yours, and your domain and hosting are in your own name.
