Home/Websites/Indie game studios

Websites for indie game studios that turn interest into wishlists.

A trailer goes around, someone clicks through, and they land on… a placeholder, or a Linktree. We build game and studio websites that catch that moment: a clear pitch, the trailer, a big button to your store page, playtest and newsletter sign-ups, and a press kit that’s already there when a journalist or streamer goes looking.

What it needs

What a game website has to get right.

The pitch in five secondsKey art, a one-line hook, the trailer and the platforms, before anyone scrolls. If they have to work out what the game is, they leave.
One button to your store pageWishlist or buy, on every page, pointing to where you sell. The site’s job is to send people there, and Site Stats counts every click so you know which posts and ads drove them.
A press kit before you need oneFact sheet, short and long descriptions, screenshots, the trailer, logos and a press contact on one page. Writers and creators covering you don’t wait for an email reply.
Somewhere for your players to gatherA community page with your Discord, a roadmap and playtest sign-ups, so the people who care most have a way in. We can set up the Discord server too.
News you post yourselfDevlogs and update notes on your own site (on the Business website), so your announcements live somewhere you own, not only on social feeds that bury them.
A studio page that hires wellFor studios: who you are, every game in one place, and job posts with pay ranges and the hiring process spelled out. Good people apply to studios that are clear.

Fictional concept

See it on a made-up studio and its game.

Fernhollow Interactive and its upcoming co-op game Lampwright aren’t real. They’re concepts we built to show a studio website and a game website side by side. Being unreleased, they show no reviews, awards or sales numbers, and the game art is illustration we drew.

  • Lampwright: home, the game, media gallery, community with Discord, playtest and roadmap, press kit
  • Fernhollow: games, team, news and devlog, careers with pay ranges, press, contact
  • Wishlist clicks, playtest and Discord sign-ups tracked in Site Stats
The Lampwright concept game site, with key art, a trailer and a wishlist button
Lampwright and Fernhollow are fictional, made to show our work.
Questions

Good to know.

We don’t have a release date yet. Is it too early?

No, that’s the best time. A game page and a press kit before your demo or a festival means every trailer, post and showcase has somewhere to send people, and you start collecting wishlists and playtesters early.

Can you make the trailer or the key art?

Trailers and key art aren’t part of our packages, so we build with what you have: your trailer, screenshots, key art and logo. If something’s missing, we’ll tell you exactly what the page needs so you or your artist can make it. A logo, if you need one, is an add-on at $200.

Do you run our Discord too?

We can. Discord server setup is $300, and community management with weekday moderation check-ins is $350/mo. You always stay the server owner. We never buy members or fake activity.

Do you advertise games?

Yes, on TikTok, Meta and Google, pointing at your store page or playtest sign-up, from $300/mo. Ad spend goes straight from you to the platform, never through us. How our ads plans work.
