Websites for dental practices that make booking the easy part.

People choosing a new dentist want three answers fast: do you take my insurance, can I get in soon, and will I feel comfortable there. We build calm, clear practice websites that answer all three on the first screen, with a simple way to request an appointment and editing access so your front desk can keep hours and offers current.

What it needs

What a practice website has to get right.

A clear path for new patientsWhat a first visit includes, what it costs without insurance, and a button to request a time. That’s what someone new to the area is looking for.
Insurance and payment, plainlyA page that says which plans you’re in network with, whether you file claims, and any payment plans or membership options, so nobody has to call just to ask.
Faces before the chairMeet-the-team pages with real photos and a line about each dentist and hygienist. Nervous patients choose people, not buildings.
Health details kept off the formThe appointment request asks for name, contact details, preferred times and whether they’re new. Medical history belongs in your practice software’s secure forms, and we link to those if you use them.
Easy for your office to updateThe Business website comes with editing access, so the front desk can change hours, post a holiday closure or update an offer without waiting on anyone.
Readable for everyoneBig enough text, strong contrast, labelled form fields and pages that work with a keyboard. Your patients include grandparents and people with low vision.

Fictional concept

See it on a made-up family practice.

Pine Street Dental isn’t a real practice. It’s a concept we built to show a Business website for a family dentist: ten calm pages and a blog, with a new-patient campaign on Meta and Google.

  • New-patient offer and appointment request form
  • Insurance and payment page
  • Meet-the-team page and editing access for the office
  • Bookings and calls tracked in Site Stats

Worth adding

Extras practices use.

Your Google Business Profile is where most people first see your reviews, hours and photos. A new-patient campaign on Google or Meta fills gaps in the schedule.

Google Business Profile setup$100

Your profile on Google Maps and Search set up or cleaned up, with photos, hours and services.

Ads management — two platforms$550/mo

Two platforms working together, like Google search for people ready to buy and Meta for people who don’t know you yet.

Copywriting$50 per page

We write the words for you, based on a short interview, so you don’t have to.

Add-on for a website package

Ad spend is paid by you straight to Google or Meta, never through us. How our ads plans work.

Questions

Good to know.

Can patients book online?

They can request an appointment from the site, which comes to your inbox for the front desk to confirm. If your practice software has its own online scheduling, we put its booking link front and center instead, so there’s one place to book.

What about HIPAA?

We keep health information off the website: the forms ask only for contact details and preferred times, and medical history goes through your practice software’s secure patient forms. If you want health questions on the website itself, that needs a form service built for HIPAA, so check with your compliance advisor and we’ll set it up with the one you choose. This isn’t legal advice.

We already have a website. Is it worth replacing?

Run it through the free website checkup first. If it’s set up for phones and the problems are small, the care plan ($49/mo) can fix them. If it’s slow, hard to update or buries the new-patient info, a rebuild is usually the better spend.

How long does it take?

About four to five weeks for the Business website once we have your details, photos and team bios. You approve every draft, and nothing goes live until you say so.

Do we need new photos?

Real photos of your office and team beat stock images every time, and they’re what nervous patients look for. We’ll send a short shot list so a photographer, or a good phone camera on a bright day, gets what the site needs. If you don’t have them yet, we can launch with a few well-chosen stock images and swap them in later.
